LIKE HAVING A BUCKET AND MIXER ALL IN ONE.
– Scoop up sand and gravel in the bucket position
– Rotate to mixer position, add bag cement, water, & mix
– Discharge concrete thru side chute or
– Tilt mixer down and discharge out the front
The new Scoop-N-Mix Skid-Steer Concrete Mixer combines the advantages of a loader and a concrete mixer into one piece of equipment. This unique product provides the most efficient and economical way to produce small quantities of thoroughly mixed concrete, transport it to often “difficult to reach” pour sites, and then put it in place.
Producing and Placing Concrete with theScoop-N-Mix is Simple, Fast, and Easy
Rotate the mixer into a bucket loading position
and, as with a loader bucket, scoop up the sand and gravel for the mix. Theback-breaking labor of loading by hand is eliminated.
Rotate mixer back to its upright mixing position and break
bags of cement into the mixer using the built-in bag splitter. Water is then added
and within a few short minutes concrete is ready for placement.
Discharge Concrete in one of two ways.Either through a
mechanical lift gate on the side of the mixer and down a chute, or by simply
tilting the mixer down and discharging out the top. The speed and quantity of
discharge can be easily controlled using either method.
THE NEW SCOOP-N-MIX... the fastest and most economical way to produce
small volumes of good quality concrete.
We are all aware that ready-mix companies don’t want to deliver less than full
truckloads of concrete. Furthermore, even if you can get small quantities delivered,
you will pay a much higher price and will probably be the last on the list for delivery.
With the Scoop-N-Mix and your skid-steer, you can produce good quality concrete
within minutes, and do it without the back-breaking labor of hand loading a mixer. You will have concrete when you need it, where you need it, and at a very economical cost.
This new design utilizes a revolving paddle mixing action, a method far superior to augers when it comes to producing well-mixed concrete. The revolving paddles are driven by a strong hydraulic motor through a dependable chain and sprocket drive. The hydraulic motor is powered by the auxiliary hydraulics of the skid-steer. The new chain and sprocket drive takes the shock-load off the hydraulic motor when mixing paddles are reversed. This protects the hydraulic motor and greatly extends motor life. Paddle shaft is carried by heavy-duty roller bearings with convenient grease zerks for easy maintenance. Replaceable neoprene pads protect the paddles and are adjustable and reversible for longer life. “Abrasion Resistant Steel” prolongs life of drum.
